- Can I view the units in person?
- Yes, this should be possible – please contact park directly to arrange a viewing.
- I have the winning bid what happens next?
- You will receive a Sales Agreement by email within two working days of the auction ending. You will need to sign and return this to us here: [email protected] without delay.
- I have won more than 1 unit; will I receive multiple Sales Agreements?
- Yes, you will receive one Sales Agreement per unit as they are regarded as separate contracts.
- When is payment due & how do I pay you?
- BACS payment details, including the Contract reference number which will need to be quoted when making payment, will be provided to you in the email sent with the Sales Agreement. Payment is due within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving this email.
- What happens if I fail to make payment?
- The full terms and conditions of sale set this out in more detail. In brief, your contract will be cancelled, and the unit will be relisted. If you have more than two occasions of failing to make payment to us within the due date we reserve the right to remove you from the authorised trader list.
- How do I make arrangements to collect the unit?
- Please contact the relevant Park directly. Their contact details will be on the email sent with the Sales Agreement. Units will only be released once payment has been cleared.
- How long do I have to collect the unit?
- Units must be collected within fourteen (14) days of us receiving full payment in cleared funds.
- What happens if I my chosen transporter cannot collect within this window?
- Please contact us here: [email protected] to discuss alternative transporters.
- What happens if I fail to collect the unit?
- We reserve the right to cancel your contract with us, relist the unit and retain 50% of the invoice value.
- What do I do if I believe that the unit does not match the images provided in the listing?
- We provide the units for sale on an ‘as is’ basis and do not provide any warranties or guarantees as to the description or specification of the units sold. However, if you think we have not listed the unit accurately please take photographs showing the concerns in question and contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of collection providing sufficient detail or us to investigate your claim. If you contact us after this time period we cannot do anything to assist you.
